Apple Butter Ice Cream with Chocolate Ganache
1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups Heavy Cream
2 teaspoons Vanilla Paste
3/4 cup Apple Butter
1 cup Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Combine cream and sweetened condensed milk, vanilla paste in a large bowl.
Using Kitchenaid Ice Cream Maker, start turning the paddle and pour in the cream mixture and freeze as per Kitchenaid instructions.
Once mixed pour half of the ice cream in a freezer safe container. Spread the Apple Butter and then add the rest of the ice cream. Using a knife, swirl the apple butter into the ice cream.
Cover and freeze until solid, overnight.
Melt Chocolate in a heat safe bowl over a saucepan with 1″ simmering water until smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in the heavy cream and cinnamon. Pour over ice cream.
